PRICING QUESTIONS
A patient with an approved Rhoe plan at any point in the month. Patients who are paused or discharged for the whole month aren't charged.
No, not for pilots or the Clinic plan. For organisations, integration with your clinical systems is scoped and quoted with you.
Yes. The Clinic plan includes up to 60 minutes of calls per patient per month, which covers daily check-ins for most patients. Heavier use is charged at cost, and we tell you before it happens.
Yes, on the Organisation plan. For a defined pathway, such as six weeks of recovery after a knee replacement, we can agree a fixed price per episode.
You choose whether to continue. If you do, you move to the Clinic or Organisation plan and keep your patients' plans and history. If you don't, you can export your data and we delete it.
Clinic plans are month to month. Organisation plans are usually annual, with a data processing agreement and support for your information governance and procurement process.
